The recent E. coli outbreak that caused people to become severely ill after eating romaine lettuce is not over.

According to federal health officials, there are likely still tainted heads of romaine on grocery store shelves and being used across the country.

The recent outbreak was the worst concerning E. coli in more than a decade.

There is growing concern that Roundup weed killer and gardening products could be carcinogenic.

Many homeowners have concerns over the safety of the items they use in their yards. Many opt for natural or organic products to avoid overuse of chemicals around their children, pets, and themselves. In most cases, these concerns are limited to mild illnesses and just wanting to do what’s best for their loved ones.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has officially issued a warning to users of caffeine supplements and products that are pure caffeine.

According to the April 13, 2018, FDA warning, “These products present a significant public health threat because of the high risk that they will be erroneously used at excessive, potentially dangerous doses.”

According to news reports, several German automakers held secret meetings to discuss “clean diesel” technology, costs, suppliers, and pricing. Their activity was conspiratorial and likely violated a number of laws.

Actemra (tocilizumab) is a prescription drug used to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Though it has helped some people manage their disease and improve their quality of life, the drug has been linked to serious medical complications, including stroke, heart attack, and other issues.

There is also suspicion that the makers of Actemra were aware of the risk of complications and failed to warn the medical community and users of the drug.
